Job Brief
We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies to achieve strong brand awareness in line with sales targets. You will report to the Marketing Manager who will support and guide you on the requirements of each brand, priority focuses, and roles and responsibilities required to meet our company objectives and targets.
Brand Manager responsibilities include:
· Working closely with our Marketing Manager and our Principals on brand planning to identify key focuses and new opportunities.
· Translating brand elements into 360 execution plans and go-to-market strategies.
· Creating, executing, and managing marketing programs and campaigns.
· Helping shape and communicate our Principal’s visions and missions to our trade customers and end consumers.
· Equipping Sales Team with required tools to support efficient execution of new launches and new listings i.e., presentations, sales insights, gap analysis etc.
· Supplying Key Accounts with supporting plans and assets to maximise new listings and brand launches.
· Management of and adherence to outlined marketing budgets.
· Management of 3rd Party PR Agencies to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely execution of brand and social media plans, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
· Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
· Development and creation of POS solutions with relevant 3rd party suppliers where required.
· Providing accurate forecasting to Operations Department and aligning with Sales Department to factor in upcoming new trade listings/promotional and new launch activities/delist exit strategies.
· Running brand reports to analyse performance, identify gaps and opportunities for sales. Distribution tracking of new product and brand launches to best achieve agreed sales targets.
· Equipping our eCommerce partners with the assets and tools required to optimize our brands’ presence online.
· Managing and updating our pharmacy B2B eCommerce ordering platform with latest brand launches.
· Communication of new brand and product launches and company news via Eurosales International’s website, LinkedIn posts, eZines and internal newsletter.
· Provide sales updates and reports to the Principals when required.
· Analysing our brand positioning and consumer insights.
· Stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or similar marketing role.
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
· Experience managing brands across multiple sales channels.
· Creative thinker and problem solver.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
· Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task and prioritize across multiple brand projects.
