Bulgari Ireland is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to drive our Ecommerce business & support OmniChannel initiatives for Europe. Reporting to the Europe Ecommerce Director, you play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing ideas and processes that converge to an optimized site, user experience and translates into accelerated business growth, while ensuring our brand DNA is upheld at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & SCOPE
Responsible for the growth and continuous enhancement of user interactions and experience on UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and the international site, with the goal to increase digital penetration of DOS sales. You will own Ecomm revenue line and play a role within all levers that drive this business:
Ecommerce
- Responsible for developing roadmap summarizing all digital marketing initiatives and strategy mapping
- Align initiatives with local & central Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of online Marketing activities throughout the year
- Expertise on main KPIs, key online revenue drivers, revenue formulas around traffic, conversion, AOV, etc); user interface principles and online UX best practices
- Edit European and international content to ensure that it is coherent with the brand as well as local cultures
- Partner with brick and mortar retail team and Customer Service to execute & monitor Click & Collect, Endless Aisle and all other OmniChannel initiatives
- Provide new ideas and feedback on development related content and customer experience
- Periodical Ad-Hoc Website performance analysis for ongoing UX optimizations, propose and influence plans for future growth as well as liaising with external service providers on new product offerings and implementations that can lead to increased conversion and experience
CRM:
- Work closely with Central team to brief local needs on content and outreach cadence
- Collaborate with local CRM managers on content, outreaches and segmentation to communicate and engage with current Ecomm database
- Track and analyze performance of email marketing / Newsletter campaigns
- Contribute to accelerate Ecomm purchasers database growth & quality
- Propose and collaborate with CRM on online customer acquisition initiatives
- Make suggestions to optimize the customer loyalty of European visitors to Bulgari.com with both central and local teams
Acquisition:
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing including paid social, paid search, SEO, display, affiliate – contributing to the conversations between agency, local and central marketing performance teams
- Partner with programs & projects that can drive traffic and revenue to the site
Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, traffic and site key performance indicators (drop off rates, engagement etc) to optimize campaigns and conversion rates
- Research and analyze business trends, benchmark sister brands and competition; analyze customer behavior data and activities to identify opportunities & best practices
Merchandising:
- Manage the online product catalogue for European websites
- Collaborate with Digital Production team in Rome to ensure seamless execution for products featured in web content & its communications
- Propose and coordinate location-specific merchandising & influence content (i.e. Home Page, special content, gift guides etc.)
- Ensure E-Commerce stock is accurately reflected on the front-end by manually enabling/disabling individual products as new stock is uploaded in the back end and check all products are uploaded with correct image, text and price on time
- Front-end stock management - work with Digital team to ensure products are best displayed in the front-end, highlighting the seasonal pieces/novelties.
- Consistently audit the site and review client feedback to ensure quick resolution of website errors
QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIAL SKILLS
- BA / BS & Masters Degree Preferred
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), SalesForce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Photoshop software
- Experience with electronic content management systems
- A thorough understanding of web best practices, etiquette and metrics, cross-browser platform (Desktop, Tablet, SmartPhone)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
