About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven sales professional to join our growing North America sales team! As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key business decision makers to understand their business requirements and guide them towards realizing how Xtremepush’s Multichannel Engagement & Experience Platform can add value, help grow their business and achieve their objectives. This role has a strong entrepreneurial requirement and will suit an individual who is experienced with solution selling. The right person for this role will be an individual contributor who will own an MRR/ARR target.

Key Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility will be to drive new business sales. The eCom/retail and/or Sports/Betting/Gaming verticals are key focus verticals. Experience in travel/hospitality and finance/banking will also be considered.
- Acquire, negotiate and close new business
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle
- Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales figures on a weekly basis
- Preparation and delivery of presentations and solution proposals
- Represent Xtremepush at key industry events
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience (with at least 2 years closing experience) in new business sales, within a SaaS environment
- A clear and demonstrable track record achieving/exceeding the target
- Consultative/solution selling approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience working with a CRM, preferably Hubspot
- Start-up/scale-up mentality
